Xiaomi is adamant about offering yet another Redmi Note lineup that takes a day of research to figure out. and generally has little to do with the existing Redmi Note 12 Pro.
The new Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G debuted in Indonesia with a Snapdragon 732G chipset, a 108MP main camera and a camera island reminiscent of the Redmi Note 11 series.

The Qualcomm chipset has maxed out at LTE speeds, and although it’s almost three years old at this point, it still packs quite a punch with two big CPU cores running at 2.3 GHz. Previously featured on the Redmi Note 10 Pro, it returns in March 2021.

A 67W 5,000 mAh battery is also a familiar feature in the three-generation Redmi Note lineup. The same goes for the 120Hz screen, which has a single punch hole in the center, which is probably his AMOLED panel at 6.67 inches. Other specs include 4K video recording, stereo speakers, 3.5mm audio jack and support for Dolby Vision Atmos.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G will be launched in Indonesia in May. We’ll see if this exact smartphone becomes official in other markets and regions.
