The vivo X Fold2 is set to be unveiled this month, and presentation slides presumably intended for salespeople have leaked online. The main features listed in the photo were already revealed in previous leaks, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and his 120W charging.

The vivo X Fold2’s internal E6 AMOLED screen measures 8.03 inches, supports a 120Hz refresh rate, and offers a resolution of 2160 x 1916 pixels. According to vivo, the brightness reaches 1800 nits.
For the cover screen, another E6 panel from Samsung is used, but it measures 6.53 inches diagonally and has a 1080p resolution in portrait orientation. The refresh rate is again 120Hz. We already know that, for the first time in the foldable world, there’s a fingerprint scanner under both panels.

The Qualcomm chipset will feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, but there is no information on the actual memory combination. The new chipset is said to have a 35% faster CPU, a 25% faster GPU and Wi-Fi 7 support. The smartphone also comes with vivo V2 ISP.

The vivo X Fold2 has a battery capacity of 4,800 mAh and supports 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. It’s an incredible achievement, as both capacity and charging speed have improved over the previous generation, but vivo says the new foldable is 10% lighter thanks to an updated hinge.
