This news explains why the Arc A770 LE remains “out of stock” on newegg and apparently won’t be coming back to anyone other than high-priced third-party sellers. Amazon already sells the A770 LE for $455. It was good while it lasted, but if you’re on the fence about buying one, even the off-sale price of $369.99 will be hard to find.
There may be more partners to come (we’re looking at EVGA!), but the reality is that there are currently only two vendors producing Arc A770 cards, ASRock and Acer (BIWIN). Prices are affordable, with the ASRock Phantom Gaming Arc A770 just $310.50 on Newegg and the Acer Predator BiFrost Arc A770 currently on Newegg for $339.99. Intel seems to be focusing on promoting the A750 these days, so we’ll see how long the A770 GPU will be available (based on recent tweets).
