Subject was subsequently held in county jail for felony vandalism and misdemeanor trespassing.
Unpaid Warrant: 700 Blocks on 28th Street, November 22nd at 8:59 AM

While investigating a vehicle crash, officers noticed that one of the drivers was showing objective symptoms of alcoholism. The suspect said he drank two beers that night.
Officers at the scene conducted a DUI investigation. The suspect performed poorly on the Field Breathalyzer Test (FST), so officers determined he was driving under the influence and arrested him.
The driver was taken to Richmond station and given a breath test. The resulting blood alcohol content (BAC) was 0.20% and 0.19%, exceeding the legal limit of 0.08% BAC for him. A computer records check revealed his arrest for DUI on May 5, 2022.
The suspect was incarcerated in county jail for DUI, driving DUI for the second time in 10 years, and opening a container of alcohol in the vehicle.

A computer records check revealed that the firearm was stolen from Tempe, Arizona. The driver showed no objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication and said he was very tired.
The subject was incarcerated in county jail for charges including concealing a firearm in a vehicle, carrying a loaded firearm in public, possessing a high-capacity magazine, and receiving stolen property. it was done.

Plainclothes units engaged in the Motor Vehicle Robbery Reduction Operation observed suspects in vehicles entering and exiting multiple districts. This vehicle was a casing vehicle known for incidents over the past few weeks.
Officers observed the suspect’s vehicle pull over to the victim’s vehicle. Another suspect got out of the car, used a punch to break the window, and reached down to grab the bag from inside the vehicle.
As the suspect was removing the bag from the vehicle, the owner returned and surprised the suspect, causing the suspect to drop the bag. ran the

Officers responded to the 34th Street and Cabrillo Street area about several suspects breaking into a vehicle.
Upon their arrival, the two suspects in the suspect’s vehicle fled westward. Inside the victim’s car he had two boys, a shattered window and a broken ignition cover that had been removed.
One juvenile was transferred to the Community Assessment Referral Center (CARC) and summoned for vehicle theft and attempted robbery. Another boy had a valid no-bail warrant for a felony that compounded the fuss. At the request of the probation officer, the boy was transferred to the Juvenile Justice Center (JJC).
Robbery, forced burglary of residence: 700 Block 12th Avenue, December 8, 6:00 PM
The suspect cut off power to the entire house by cutting electrical wiring. The suspect then broke into the house by breaking a sliding glass door and found a safe in the bedroom closet. The suspect broke open the safe and stole approximately $500,000 in US currency and jewelry, as well as other documents.
Video surveillance showed two suspects crawling on the second floor backyard balcony, and the video ended due to a power outage before a third suspect turned off the power to the house.

Police responded to a call that an aggressive homeless man was blocking the parking lot entrance.
On the way to the address, officers conducted a computer records check of a known subject who frequented the area who revealed a valid warrant from San Francisco.
Upon arrival, officers observed subject standing in front of the parking lot entrance. They handcuffed him without incident.
The Central Warrants Bureau (CWB) confirmed the warrant and the suspect was held in county jail.
Failed Sex Offender Registration: 400 Block 18th Street, December 16, 2:08 PM
Officers were dispatched to the Argonne playground to assist a known subject of a park ranger throwing trash in the park. Upon arrival, they observed the subject moving their belongings from within the park to a tent on the sidewalk.
Officers contacted subject and offered to secure shelter, telling them that if he refused shelter, they would seize his tent on the sidewalk as illegal accommodation.
Based on previous contact with the subject, officers knew he was a registered sex offender. , he was arrested and held in the county jail for failing to register as a sex offender.
Carjacking with a Knife: 4400 Block Balboa Ave, December 17 at 5:46 PM
The food delivery driver pulled over on the street, completed the delivery, unlocked the door with the engine running, and got out.

The victim double parked her black Ford Mustang rental car outside the restaurant while her boyfriend waited in the passenger seat.
The suspect approached the driver’s seat of the car, pointed a gun at the male victim, and yelled, “Get XX out of the car!”
The male victim got out of the car in terror and watched the suspect drive away. Explanations were provided for all districts.
Later that day, Southern troops checked the health of a man who passed out in a black Ford Mustang. Dispatch informed responding officers that the vehicle was involved in a carjacking involving a firearm about four hours ago in the city.
A plan was devised to safely arrest the suspect while it was parked with him in the vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
Officers identified the witnesses and the suspect was arrested. The firearm was not found during an authorized search of the vehicle, and the suspect was later taken to the county jail.
