Right off the bat, just like its big brother Tower 7i, the Legion Tower 5/5i’s casing features an illuminated Legion badge, mesh front, glass side panels, and ARGB fans.
The Legion Tower 5/5i can be configured up to the newly announced RTX 4070 Ti, 32 GB of DDR5 5600 MHz memory, and 2 TB of 3.4 inch SATA HDD + 1 TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD. In terms of CPUs, Tower 5 starts with the Ryzen 5 7600 and continues up to the Ryzen 9 7900 on the B650 MATX motherboard. The Intel-based Tower 5i can be configured on an Intel B660 motherboard with a Core i5-13400 on the low end and a Core i9-13900F on the high end.
Moving on, the Legion Tower 5/5i packs quite a few ports. For example, a total of 4 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports (2 on the back, 2 on the top), 1 USB 3.2 Gen 3 Type-C port, Ethernet port, etc. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 are also welcome arrivals.
Lenovo claims the Legion Tower 5/5i will launch in March, with AMD and Intel versions starting at US$1,299 and US$1,499 respectively.
