ThieAudio is retrying after bad phantom reception
The ThieAudio Wrath headset has a sharp look, with a CNC-machined stainless steel headband and frame, faux leather suspension bands, and interchangeable leather, velor, and microfiber ear pads. These planar magnetic headphones offer a frequency response range of 20 Hz to 40 kHz, a sensitivity of 101 dB/mW, and a total impedance of 23 Ω. Unlike many other similar headsets, it uses dual 2.5m jacks instead of the more common 3.5 TRS connections and outputs to a 4.4mm TRRS jack.
TechPowerUp tested the ThieAudio Wrath, and one of the first things we noticed was that its construction made it look like a semi-closed headset instead of a fully open rear headset. . When you replace the pads, there are strips of hook-and-loop fasteners to deal with. This makes it easier to replace the pads, but if not placed correctly it can create gaps that can adversely affect bass performance. You can see the full range response in our full review.
Ultimately, these make for a decent set of headphones.
