For example, Nicole’s 16 x 8 Tiny Home is much smaller than half the length of Timbercraft Tiny Homes’ gorgeous Denali XL. It is based on a 2 axle trailer and gets power from a standard RV style hookup.
The visitor enters the living room. This is very compact and has a sofa and storage space, plus an electric fireplace and a wall-mounted TV. It is occupied by a fully equipped kitchen and includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven, 4 burner propane stove and microwave. A stainless steel sink, a convenient pull-out table, considerable storage space and, more importantly, a dishwasher.

The 2nd floor is accessed by a staircase with built-in storage. Above this is the home office area, positioned so that the owner’s feet hang sideways. Obviously, the setup isn’t nearly as ergonomic as a proper desk and chair setup, but it’s an improvement over many small home home offices that require owners to sit on the floor with their legs crossed.
Next to the office is a suitable bedroom. This is a typical small house bedroom with low ceilings, a double bed and even more storage space.
