Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra may keep the same prices as their predecessors in the US, but not elsewhere. This is the first time I’ve heard of the price increase.
The Galaxy S23 base model is €100 more expensive than the Galaxy S22 base model (compare all launch prices from last year). The Galaxy S23+ base model with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage costs 100 euros more than the Galaxy S22+ version with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, making the base model with 128 GB of storage 150 euros more than the Galaxy S22+. Storage.

The base model Galaxy S23 Ultra costs 150 euros more than the base model Galaxy S22 Ultra, but you get 256GB of storage instead of 128GB. There was no identical version with
That’s €949 for the base model Galaxy S23 and €1,399 for the base model Galaxy S23 Ultra with 8GB of RAM in the cheapest Eurozone countries like Germany and Benelux (due to different VAT levels). means that you should expect to pay and 256GB of storage. The Galaxy S23+ will likely cost €1,199 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, but the leak doesn’t specifically mention such a market.
Germany and Benelux seem to have 949 based on S23 and 1399 based on S23U. No clue about his S23+ in these countries. As always, prices vary due to local taxes, customs duties, etc. There are some great deals (such as upgrading to the next higher memory spec during pre-order when purchasing the base model).

Meanwhile, the tweet embedded above has the full price breakdown for all versions of all models in Spain (except for the 1 TB iteration, the information here probably comes from a Spanish retailer. and that version may be exclusive to Samsung.com). in Spain). Slight differences compared to Germany and Benelux have always existed and are most likely related to his higher VAT in Spain.Here are the prices above in an easy to read format.
| Spain | |||
| Galaxy S23 | Galaxy S23+ | Galaxy S23 Ultra | |
| 8/128GB | €959 | none | none |
| 8/256GB | €1,019 | €1,209 | €1,409 |
| 8/512GB | none | €1,329 | none |
| 12/512GB | none | none | €1,589 |
If this works, Samsung, like most companies, will respond to inflation by creating more. Let’s not forget the irony, neither we nor you, but if you’re interested in a Galaxy S23 phone, you’ll probably have to save a little more than you first expected. Also, Samsung generally has pretty decent pre-orders, and they might soften the stench of these price increases.
