Do you use a large screen monitor on your desktop computer or laptop as your only means of driving every day? Either way, adding a second display more than doubles your convenience and productivity.
The P15NF 15.6-inch QLED portable monitor from Intehill enhances your performance for work and play. This plug-and-play, no-configuration portable panel is the ideal FreeSync HDR gaming or work monitor.
If you love playing computer games on your smartphone or traveling a lot, the lightweight P15NF gives you the power of a big screen in a convenient 0.17″ x 14″ x 9.1″ package that weighs just 1.41 lbs. You can take your house with you wherever you go.
The display offers a stunning Full HD 100% DCI-P3 color gamut with 500 nits of brightness and houses an impressive selection of connectivity ports: 2 USB-C, 1 Mini-HDMI, 1 One Type-C OTG, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Portable monitors don’t always have On-the-Go (OTG) ports, but they do add convenience and productivity. The OTG adapter allows you to connect a full-sized USB flash drive or USB-A cable to your phone or tablet via a micro USB or USB-C charging port.
On the right edge of the monitor is a Mini-HDMI port and two full-featured Type-C ports, allowing you to turn this screen into a portable laptop and computer monitor.
Also great for PS5/4, Xbox, Steam Deck and Switch. Includes a wall socket power plug with a USB-A to USB-C connector to the monitor’s power port, a USB-C to USB-C cable, and a Mini-HDMI to HDMI cable.
unbeatable screen performance
A QLED panel with 10-bit color depth provides an excellent visual experience. It displays excellent text clarity and vibrant image colors in both portrait and landscape views.
This display offers a 178° viewing angle that won’t wash out or fade at the edges of the screen. You can set the panel’s menu to adjust the low blue light mode for a crisper, flicker-free display and even less eye strain when staring at the screen for long periods of time.

Model P15NF’s 500 nits Visual Display (R) Stand connects to a Chromebase computer with a 250 nits, 21.5-inch display. Note that the portable monitor displays the ChromeOS bottom docking bar. This basically gives you all the functionality without having to boot from your main display and drag it to your second monitor.
professional visual standards
Another factor in this ruggedly built portable panel is the difference that DCI-P3 (Digital Cinema Initiative – Protocol 3) brings to images via sRGB.
DCI-P3 is a set of new technical standards for color created by the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) created to standardize the colors used in the Digital Cinema Initiative (DCI) and the motion picture industry.
sRGB is an early color display standard jointly created by HP and Microsoft in 1996 for use in monitors, printers, and the Internet.
While the older sRGB standard is still common in portable monitors, DCI-P3 brings a wider color gamut, benefiting gamers and graphics professionals for use in this device. His P15NF model with DCI-P3 is much more noticeable, especially if the monitor is used outdoors or in a well-lit office or graphic studio.

The Intehill Monitor (L) requires only minor configuration changes in Microsoft Windows 10 Display Calibration. Note that each monitor displays different content and the bottom bar shows all features.
smart cover, ridiculous results
The so-called smart cover included in the box is a typical weakness of portable monitors. Most come with a foldable case to protect the panel during transport and storage. The smart cover also doubles as a tabletop stand.

Unless you like solving puzzles or folding origami creatures, the smart cover for your monitor can be a wasteful and frustrating experience. It has a non-slip surface that wraps snugly around your .
A heavy plastic vinyl material around a small magnet helps keep the cover attached to the back of the monitor. Its tri-fold design is stiffer and more convenient thanks to a small hinge-like reinforcement that is part of the middle of the folded section.
Still, when using this monitor for long work sessions, stick two double-sided tapes. One keeps the back flap from sliding and the second keeps the front bottom edge of the panel from moving forward.
A better solution is to install a metal mechanism that pulls out like a picture frame. I’ve seen this method used in some portable panels.
extra matter
Connectivity is a plus of this monitor. Easy to install on mobile phones, desktops and laptops. The only requirement is that the host device must have a Thunderbolt or HDMI port. This is rarely an issue on newer Mac, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS computers. The panel is also compatible with SteamOS.

The Intehill Portable Screen (L) makes it easy to display different content by dragging windows from your Linux laptop. On my Linux computer, duplicate desktop elements and launchers don’t carry over to his second monitor.
FHD monitors consume minimal power, which is an added benefit for portable use. It requires 10 watts, but comes with a 15W power adapter. This is a good alternative if the host computer does not power the portable monitor through the connector port.
The power consumption of the P15NF model is less than 10 watts, so a 20,0000 mAh power bank can keep the monitor running for over 10 hours when performing normal tasks.
This unit supports all Samsung phones with DeX. You can also extend your iPhone screen, but you’ll need a Lightning to HDMI adapter.
Please note that not all Android smartphones send output signals to the USB-C connector. This will determine if your phone will work with this portable monitor.
Even my new Moto Stylus 5G (2022) smartphone is dumb in this regard. The result is not Intel Hill’s fault.
where to buy
