Recently, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 and Tab S9 Ultra were spotted on Geekbench with sport model designations SM-X716B and SM-X916B respectively. Two Samsung devices have now appeared on Geekbench that appear to be the Galaxy Tab S9 FE/Lite. One with model code SM-X516B and another with SM-X616B.
Both devices are powered by the Exynos 1380 SoC and run Android 13. However, the SM-X516B has 6GB of RAM, while the SM-X616B has 8GB. Also, the scores are different. The SM-X516B scored better, but these are likely pre-production units, so it’s best to wait to judge performance on the production version.

Last year’s Galaxy Tab S8 series didn’t include either, so it’s unclear if these devices are the Galaxy Tab S9 FE or Lite, but the Tab S7 lineup has an FE model and the Tab S6 has a Lite. There was a variant
That said, we know that the Galaxy Tab S9 series will include a Plus version with the model designation SM-X716B. Although Geekbench hasn’t confirmed it yet, the Galaxy Tab S9+ could feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for the Galaxy. This is the same chip that powers the flagship Galaxy S23 series.
