Candria It positions itself as a challenging 2D platformer and hack-and-slash RPG. You are thrown into a world of mystical lore that you can explore wherever you choose. Unfortunately, only the challenging 2D platformer aspect stands out, and that’s because most areas are unnecessarily hard to explore.
It’s meant to spend hours trying to navigate spike-filled areas. Struggle forms a large part of the gameplay, shielding the player from the rest of the flaws. Candria A lot could have been done with that premise, but you choose to waste your time instead.
Candria is available on PC for US$19.99.
Story – Android Making Peace
Candria It puts you in the role of an android named Stranger who is trapped in the ruins of a devastated world. You are awakened by a group of people trying to survive on earth. The Stranger allies with the group and performs tasks to help them all survive. I will clarify.
This story has a great premise to begin with, but it hasn’t been explored much. There isn’t much interaction with the world, the small amount of side quests doesn’t give you much information, and as you progress through the story, the story is short and the plot points at random. Different factions interact with you differently, but there isn’t much you can do other than trade.
The promise of “mystical lore” is to explore different locations and examine objects. These examinations provide a glimpse into the past. But the rest of the settings are left untouched, which is a shame.

These characters may be interesting, but they are unexplored.
Unlike other platformers such as Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, the story remains relatively pristine. It doesn’t take long to finish the story and it ends before anything interesting happens. It’s a shame the story and setting didn’t develop further, as there’s a lot of material to explore.
but, Candria We do our best to hide the story weaknesses behind the gameplay. You don’t spend most of your time exploring or fighting. It’s repeatedly failing in spike regions designed to stop over time.
Gameplay – Try again and again
Candria It promises freedom to go anywhere, but you have to work for it. Many areas are filled with dangerous spikes that are deadly to the touch. There are various platform objects that must be used to move from area to area. Candria is a precision platformer and must pass through these areas. Candria Spend time on them.
Most of the time is spent getting the exact angle and direction to go. It’s trial and error and forces you to learn on the fly. Failure is expected because the first attempt rarely yields the correct solution. Instead of just clearing one area, you’ll be spending several minutes just clearing the 69th area.

This area exists only to force you to spend time on puzzles.
There are two frustrating aspects to this gameplay style. First, mechanics such as dash recharge are not explained. These areas will be difficult to traverse as you won’t know if you can charge the dash at first. Players may wait until later, thinking these areas are not yet navigable. Unfortunately, they have a tool, but no one has mentioned how it works.
Second, these areas don’t fit the setting’s narrative. The stranger has to use his android abilities to move through these areas, but no one else used these paths, these spike-filled puzzles don’t need his area However, excluding them shortens the game significantly.disappointing to see that of Candria The length of the game is mainly due to this, as there are many possibilities in other aspects of the game.
Combat – Swing your sword repeatedly
battle with Candria Another aspect neglected in favor of precision platforms is of little value. There are enemies to fight, but there is little reason to use swords against them. EXP is earned by picking up items and discovering locations, not by killing enemies. Avoiding battles and picking up items to level up is more efficient than spending time fighting enemies.
If an area is blocked and you are forced to fight, you can simply use light attacks and win most fights. You can avoid it if you want, but in most cases you don’t need it. It has heavy attacks, but they are too slow to be useful. There is no change in the battle, and the sword is repeatedly swung until the enemy dies.

Swinging a sword has never been so thrilling.
Even in precision puzzle games such as cross code There are skill trees and different forms of combat.other platformers such as monster sanctuary Even though it’s a turn-based platformer, I’ve also found time to add skills. It made combat interesting and immersed you in the world. Candria It lacks that appeal because there is little incentive to fight or innovate. Just move around, slash, and repeat until your opponent falls. You don’t get anything out of it, except for the possibility of non-guaranteed items.
You can upgrade your equipment with Candria, but it’s just a stranger’s sword, and it just does more damage. It speeds up combat, but doesn’t do anything else. Materials are often discovered by exploration, which requires precision platforming. Upgrading swords is a pain, but there isn’t much else you can do.
another aspect of Candria The ability to explore freely without being blocked. Candria No backtracking and no worries about not knowing where to go. Unfortunately, backtracking is rife as the next destination is not well known. It is true that we are not cut off from anywhere. However, this hides the fact that the location puzzles become increasingly difficult as you progress. If these puzzles have only one solution and you can’t use another, it’s not “free”.
There is usually no other way out of a dead end, so you have to backtrack. This often means doing the puzzle in reverse, which is frustrating as you have to keep experimenting. If another pass is available, you will usually have to return to another area.

It’s hard to come here, and even harder to come back.
Candria There is Fast Travel, but it only applies to 5 areas, 4 of which are story related. For all other modes of transportation, travel on foot.
If you’re playing the main story, you’ll have to travel to a specific location. Unfortunately you have to find your way in rough places. This forces players to spend time finding routes, finding some dead ends, and spending time solving puzzles.that’s more proof Candria We could have balanced other aspects of the game, but we deliberately chose not to.
Audio & Visual – 2D Visual & Fitting Soundtrack
good luck, Candria Environment and character visuals are smooth. The facial expressions of the characters are clear and convey their feelings. The environment gives off the feel of a post-apocalyptic landscape while exploring the world. Ruins are everywhere, abandoned machines lie in empty buildings, and age is taking its toll on your surroundings.

Even in the desolate wasteland, you can feel the beauty.
The soundtrack reflects this, playing music that is neither joyful nor sad. It is a soft tone with bitterness. You travel the world and you understand that the past will never return. The sight you see will never move again, but if you find a use for it later, it will help your group thrive in the future.
