TechCrunch Live is back. His CEO and co-founder of Cambly, he was pleased to host a conversation with Sameer Shariff and his Benchmark partner Sarah Tavel. In this one-hour event of his, you’ll hear how Cambly used a failed Series A funding to propel the company into a cash-plus position. And after the company no longer needed external funding, it suddenly became available, and the company was funded in A and B rounds.
As you can see in the video embedded here, Cambly’s CEO is now looking at funding in a different light. Instead of raising money when the company needs it, Sameer now prefers to raise money when the company is in its best shape.
TechCrunch Live records every Wednesday at noon. Admission and participation are free. The show will be streamed live on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter Spaces, but you can also register on Hopin to ask questions, interact with guests, and sign up for pitch practice. Well worth the effort. Click here to register for the next event.
