Rustic tiny house has a spacious interior and a balcony up top

Having recently completed a very compact model, MitchCraft Tiny Homes is also finishing another towable residence that is much larger. Dubbed Lisa’s Her 30 x 10 Tiny Home, this home features a distinctive rustic exterior design, home to her office area, two bedrooms, and a spacious interior with even a small balcony. Features his layout.

As its name suggests, Lisa’s 30 x 10 Tiny Home measures 30 x 10 feet (9.1 x 3 m). This means it’s about 2 feet (0.6 m) wider than most small homes we cover and requires a permit to tow in the US. This extra space doesn’t seem like a big deal, but when you’re dealing with a small home, every inch counts.

The rustic style of the exterior continues inside, with wide glazing, most notably the large porthole-style windows. Visitors enter a living room area with a small sofa, removable table, and electric fireplace. The kitchen is adjacent and very spacious with plenty of cabinets including a 4 burner propane stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, pull out cutting table and kick drawers.

The bathroom is next to the kitchen and has a separate washer and dryer, flush toilet, shower and even more storage space.

Lisa’s 30 x 10 Tiny Home has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is downstairs and accessed through a sliding door near the living room. This includes a double bed with storage space and a small desk area/home office with plenty of headroom for standing upright.

The guest bedroom is on the other side of the house, near the bathroom, and is accessed by an integrated staircase with storage. This is a typical loft style bedroom with low ceilings, a bed and some storage space and opening onto a balcony. The balcony itself looks quite small, but is mainly used by the owner’s visiting grandchildren, and the owner even plans to add a fun slide for the children.
