Parasols cannot be used in rainy weather. They are made of paper and bamboo. Press the latch to fully open the parasol just like a regular umbrella. Unlatch and the parasol re-tracks for easy storage. Each parasol also comes with a sleeve for easy storage. I usually ship via usps priority within 1 business day after payment has cleared.
