Realme announced the GT Neo 5 with 240W fast charging earlier this month, and the company also confirmed that a Realme GT3 with the same charging rate is on the way. Today I received an invitation to the official launch at his MWC in Barcelona on February 28th.
The company neither confirmed nor denied whether the Realme GT3 will become the Realme GT Neo 5 with a new name for the global market. I’ve seen it appear in a lot of scenes.
Realme has an extensive history of rebranding, but rebranding the GT Neo as a vanilla flagship is the first for the company. The 2T was marketed as GT Neo in China and X7 Max 5G globally.
We’ve received more questions than answers right now, but hopefully we’ll have more details in the two weeks leading up to the event. We are in Barcelona and will report directly from Congress when we have all the important information, so stay tuned.
