Samsung decided to skip the Galaxy S22 FE last year due to continued chip shortages and increased demand for its flagship Galaxy S22 Ultra.New report from South Korean news agency Elek The Fan Edition series suggests that in 2023, the Galaxy S23 FE will be available sometime between August and September.
The Galaxy FE series gained popularity in 2020 with the Galaxy S20 FE, which shipped more than 10 million units that year alone. It didn’t fare so well, which led Samsung to reconsider its upcoming FE lineup releases.
Based on a new report, Samsung will skip the Galaxy A74 and instead focus on launching the S23 FE in more markets. The upcoming FE phone will likely launch with either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy or the top dog Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 of 2022.
