The ugly nihilism and misogyny in those movies is littered everywhere winnie the pooh: blood and honey Great, with a sick mass. Unnaturally, for a dope-per-smirk movie with a giant yellow bear planted in its face, this is taken deadly seriously. The film wields a growling pose that almost blows away all the fun we’re supposed to have. (My audience thinks he laughed twice throughout.)

All the characters here are just sketches of sketches. One of her lines that made me laugh in my theater was when she found out that two of these women were actually a lesbian couple going through a rough patch. Disney cartoon drawings had more character in a single pencil line than these women were given before their faces were crushed by wood chippers and their upper bodies were torn off.

It doesn’t seem like much effort was put into integrating certain parts of Pooh lore into any of this violence. Why does Piglet wield chains? winnie the pooh: blood and honey already made money and then got some back From the release in Mexico(opens in new tab) Earlier this year. So, just like Tigger likes to bounce, a sequel is certain. Some hope that at least part of the inevitable larger budget will include the actual work on story and characters, as well as bigger and more elaborate gore effects.
