Hackers blamed after Russian radio station broadcasts warnings of missile and air raids

Russian media blamed hackers after Russian civilian radio stations broadcast bogus warnings about air and missile attacks.

The Russian government agency, the Ministry of Emergencies, has reportedly warned that broadcasters such as Gazprom’s media stations Relax FM, Comedy Radio and Humor FM are broadcasting false information about the attack.

A false broadcast alarm accompanied by loud siren sounds advised civilians to head for the bunker.

As The Record According to reports, several people were able to record today’s fake air raid warning on camera.

Yesterday, a state media website broadcasting Russian President Vladimir Putin’s state speech was sabotaged in an apparent denial of service attack later claimed by Ukrainian hackers.

The attack was particularly irritating because before the speech began, the TV channel explained the technical preparations made to ensure that the live stream was delivered on all major Russian TV channels. must have been something new.

I wouldn’t be surprised if these latest fake air raid warnings broadcast over the radio were the work of Ukrainian hackers, or at least people who are sympathetic to the country’s plight.
