According to the latest rumors, Samsung is launching all Galaxy S23 smartphones with at least 256 GB of storage. According to Ahmed Qwaider on Twitter, the 128 GB option is gone. That means there is no 8GB RAM version of the Galaxy S23 Ultra, only 12GB.
Leakster only lists one storage option for the S23 and S23+, but the Ulta lists three versions, so I’m wondering if this is a complete list of variants, or just the top-end phone. The question arises as to whether they are fully listed.

Both the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ started out at 8/128 GB, but now the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 come in at 8/256 GB as base variants. The Galaxy S23 Ultra comes in three options: 12/256 GB, 12/512 GB and 12 GB/1 TB.
The flagship storage chip for 2022 was a UFS 3.1 solution, but the Galaxy S23 series is expected to switch to UFS 4.0. This results in 2x faster read speeds and 1.6x faster sequential write speeds. It also improves power efficiency by 46%, resulting in longer battery life for larger cells.
