Google Wallet on Wear OS is rolling out in three additional countries as part of an effort to replace Google Pay in many of the regions where the service is available.

Google Wallet support for Wear OS-powered wearables comes in handy when you want to take one less thing and head to the nearest convenience store. Of course, this assumes that the destination store accepts Google Wallet or at least contactless payments to process payments.
With the latest enhancements, Google hopes to drive faster and more widespread adoption of the ability to easily make payments on smartwatches. While not as feature-rich as the wallet apps found on many of the best Android smartphones, Wear OS’ wallet apps let you perform basic tasks like making payments with a tap of your wrist.
Nonetheless, Google promised last year to bring more functionality to Wallet for wearables, including the ability to pay for public transport and event tickets. Mobile devices also provide a single repository for digital versions of cards and other documents.
