How to cancel Netflix
- login to your Netflix.com account.
- Once the page loads, main account. The Netflix streaming page will open.

What if I have Netflix through T-Mobile?
Things are a little different if you signed up through T-Mobile’s Netflix on Us promotion. This is a benefit for T-Mobile subscribers where the company covers the subscription cost up to a certain amount.
You are being billed through T-Mobile and not directly by Netflix, so you will need to contact T-Mobile Support. (opens in new tab) Follow the steps in your account to remove Netflix on Us.
