Samsung’s Galaxy A54 has arrived at the office, waiting in line for reviews.
The A-series phones have been Samsung’s best-selling phones year after year, but this Galaxy A54 may have a trump card.

This year’s Galaxy A54 is smaller than the Galaxy A34, with a 6.4-inch display compared to the A34’s 6.6-inch. With a smaller screen, the A54 is a bit smaller than its predecessor, and more importantly, 13g lighter.
The Galaxy A54 shares the unified Galaxy design language with a simple flat rear panel with just the three camera lenses sticking out. Last year’s model has a taller camera island.
Some people love the new minimalist look, while others claim the new design is literally lacking. Our review unit is a nice purple.
Samsung Galaxy A54
The true Samsung-style Galaxy A54 comes with a 1080p Super AMOLED panel with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. There’s a 50MP f/1.8 optically stabilized main camera on the back, and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging under the hood.
It’s not worth it that the Galaxy A54 costs a little more than its predecessor at €490 at launch.
