The OnePlus 11 arrived in early December, followed by a global release in February. The phone launched in his two colors of black and green, but today he added his third option, making it the best-looking of the three.

The unique edition is called Jupiter Rock and is designed after the surface of the largest planet in the solar system. Each unit has a different pattern and is developed with a material OnePlus calls “3D microcrystalline rock,” which has a fine shimmer underneath when the light hits it.

The panel’s research and development took over a year, and the material went through nine complex processes before becoming the back panel of the OnePlus 11 smartphone. The company says the production is very complicated, with only 25% efficiency compared to his 50% green glass panel yield.

OnePlus described the feel of the new panel as “cool and gentle on the skin, like jade that has been under spring water for thousands of years.” Jupiter may be a gas planet, but its design and materials are based on microlite rocks. Hence, OnePlus coined the name “Jupiter Rock”.
