The latest OnePlus Nord phone launches in a bright, iPhone 14-esque yellow

There’s no better way to celebrate the arrival of spring than by launching a bright yellow smartphone. Following the launch of the new yellow iPhone 14, OnePlus has added its own yellow phone, his OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G.

The phone brings a new design somewhat reminiscent of last year’s OnePlus Nord 2T, but without the camera island. Instead, three cameras are housed in his two circular protuberances, with a 108MP primary sensor on top and two of his 2MP depth and macro cameras on the bottom.

The 108MP camera is the highlight of this device. This is a Samsung sensor that uses pixel binning to capture 12.5MP images of him and can give users a ‘3x lossless zoom’ and 6x digital zoom for him. However, despite all these pixels, 4K video recording is not found due to the old Snapdragon 695 chipset. The camera reaches 1080p at 30fps.

Along with the Snapdragon chipset, the CE 3 Lite comes with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of expandable UFS 2.2 storage. It also has a 5000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging, faster than many budget Android smartphones at this price. You also get dual stereo speakers, a headphone jack and OxygenOS 13.1 right out of the box.

As for prices, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G is priced at €330/£300 in Europe and comes in 8GB + 128GB configurations in Pastel Lime or Chromatic Grey. In India, the same configuration is available for ₹19,999. Alternatively, you can opt for the 256 GB storage variant for ₹21,999.
