Scale Crockett House Victorian Style Dollhouse Kit, made from laser cut 1/8 Baltic birch plywood. Modeled after a historic home in Chula Vista, California, this Victorian building was built in 1893 and named after an architect from Abbott, Maine. Probably the carpenter who built this house for his family and was also responsible for building the first church in the community. The house still stands on its new site and has been remodeled several times, but remains an outstanding example of a Victorian orchard house in the area in the late 1800s. what about the kit? In scale (1/24), it is 12 inches high, 17 inches wide, and 15 1/2 inches deep, with two floors and he has four large rooms.
