According to SamMobile, Samsung has started rolling out a new update to its Nearby Devices Scanning app.User should find update marked as version 11.1.08.07, This adds Matter Easy Pair for smart home devices. The Device Scan app works in conjunction with your smartphone to notify you of connectable devices such as the Galaxy Watch 5 and Buds products, but the app detects Matter compatible devices.
