UGREEN is fast becoming my favorite charging brand, and for good reason. The Nexode 200W is a great GaN charging station that delivers 200W over 6 USB ports, making it an ideal choice for charging all your devices at once. Then there’s the 13-in-1 docking station, which features an SD card slot, USB-C and USB-A ports, and can charge your notebook up to 100W via USB PD. I also like the Nexode 100W and 65W GaN chargers. UGREEN is another winner with their latest launch, the DigiNest Pro.
DigiNest Pro is a USB-C charging station with 3 USB-C ports and 1 USB-A port with a total power draw of 100W. That’s pretty standard pricing for a charging station currently selling for just $89 on Amazon. (opens in new tab), but what sets the DigiNest Pro apart is the ports on the back. There are two AC outlets here. This is exactly what I was looking for in a charging station for my desk.

I’ve never had a charger on my desk — it’s busy enough right now and didn’t want to clutter it with more cables — but the DigiNest Pro has the flexibility to connect many chargers. provides sexuality. additional gear. The best part is that AC outlets have their own power budget independent of USB-C and USB-A connectors. It’s massive. Each port can supply up to 1875W. So, in theory, you could run a GeForce RTX 4080 powered gaming rig on this charging station.
That’s the reason for the extra-thick 6-foot power cable, and that’s my only problem with the DigiNest Pro. The power cable is on the right side and can’t be removed, making it awkward on the desk. That said, make sure the bottom silicone feet stay planted.

The added AC outlet makes this an ideal charging station for my use case. It powers all these devices without issue.
Now, if you look at the DigiNest Pro product list on Amazon (opens in new tab) If you look at the and UGREEN website, you’ll see that it states that it has three AC outlets, one at the top. The version I have is an early unit with 2 AC outlets, so if you order now you will receive a model with 3 AC outlets total.

I didn’t pay too much attention to the DigiNest Pro’s main feature, the front port, because the AC outlet is such a nice addition. Two of the three USB-C ports can deliver 100W of USB PD power when used individually and are clearly marked as USB-C1 and USB-C2. The third USB-C port is up to 22.5W and the USB-A port is also up to 22.5W.
When using both USB-C1 and USB-C2 ports together, the first port kicks down to 65W and the second port gets 30W of power. That’s still enough to charge two phones, and using all four ports together gives you a total power budget of 96W — 45W for USB-C1, 30W for USB-C2, and USB-C3. 10.5W on USB, 10.5W on USB -A. Below is a handy diagram highlighting the different use cases possible with the DigiNest Pro.

I plugged in a Xiaomi Notebook Pro 120G to test the effectiveness of the 100W USB-C port and the DigiNest Pro did a great job in this area. I was also able to connect a number of accessories, including a Pixel 7 Pro, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and a wireless earbud case, and get the advertised charging speeds without issue.
Now, if you don’t need 100W of power, there’s a smaller version of the DigiNest Pro called the DigiNest Cube. This model has 2 USB-C and 2 USB-A ports and has 3 AC outlets. Coming in at just $52 at Amazon (opens in new tab)it is an excellent value for a charging station.

DigiNest Pro launches at $129, already down to $89 on Amazon (opens in new tab)As we said before, the AC outlet is a big differentiator here, and considering the charging port and 100W power budget, the DigiNest Pro is one of the best charging stations available today.
