Preparations for the next season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) are accelerating with the IPL 2023 Player Auction taking place in Kochi on December 23rd.

A total of 405 players fell under the hammer, filling 87 slots. Of those 87, 30 slots were filled by overseas cricketers.
