The annual ritual of finding out where the last 12 months ranked on the world’s “hottest years on record” chart is well underway. According to preliminary reports from the World Meteorological Organization, it will likely be the fifth or sixth hottest in the last eight years on record.
surprisedThe climate will continue to warm as long as we continue to release greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
This is obviously alarming news, but in reality things are not as bad as they seem. Don’t worry, I haven’t fallen for climate change denial…
