Backed by Y Combinator, Latvian Aerones is looking to raise at least another $2.5 million. filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The startup did not immediately respond to requests for more information about the round.
In April the Aerones hid $9 million in seed funding From Future Positive Capital in France and Estonia-based Change Ventures. At the time, co-founder Dainis Kruse said the company was “expanding rapidly” and was already working with nine of the 10 largest companies in the industry, including GE.
