Aside from the smartphone, my must-have gadget for travel is the Amazon Kindle. I love how you can quickly and easily download books, magazines, and other documents and audio content to save thousands of books for on-the-go enjoyment. While I hate piracy and am passionate about helping creators, I am happy to know that there are so many ways to get and read free (or near-free) content on Kindle.
