TAG Heuer announces three new Connected Calibre E4 smartwatch models

The TAG Heuer Connected Caliber E4 smartwatch line was announced last year, and now the company is introducing three new products to the family. As expected, they are all very expensive, with the 42mm option being the cheapest, at $2,350 for him.

Although 42mm is smaller than the original, it sports a 1.28-inch display with a virtually bezel-less panel protected by a sapphire dome glass. However, the resolution remains his OLED at 416 x 416 pixels.

The body is made from a grade 2 titanium chassis with black coating, making it the lightest smartwatch from the company.

The 42mm Golf Edition, on the other hand, has the same body but comes with three TAG Heuer branded golf balls and two straps for a higher price tag of $2,500. One in black leather with green stitching and one in white rubber strap.

Additionally, the watch “supports” 40,000 golf courses worldwide, allowing automatic tracking without manual input. This watch can track your score, which golf club you are using and where you are on the golf course.

At $2,600, the Caliber E4 Sport Edition is the most expensive package, but also the biggest. Just like the current Connected Caliber E4 model, it has a 45mm form factor, a 1.39-inch 454 x 454px OLED display with a ceramic bezel around it, and a sports-friendly, breathable rubber strap.

On the software side, the Sport Edition offers Trail & Hike features, leveraging the watch’s barometer to assess your performance.

TAG Heuer promises to make all three models available later this month and update them to Wear OS 3 once Google starts seeding the new software.
