As of January 20th, only the Space Gray version, the base configuration of each, is for sale, but don’t let the lack of red text and strikethrough fool you. 2023 MacBook Pro
Not all new Apple launches are particularly exciting. The successor’s differences from its predecessor are negligible and happen too often to be worth the extra cash. But the new Pro variety leaves the old Pro in the dust.
Leading the way is the M2 Pro chip, which is said to compile code 25% faster and process images 40% faster than the 2021 M1 Pro chip. Other changes include WiFi 6E support and advanced HDMI to work with 8K displays.
