In this role, you will work directly with clients at the forefront, exploring the intersection of intellectual property and business, engaging and working with technically and geographically diverse clients from the start. Full-time, full-time position in Alexandria, Virginia, or remotely.
Main Responsibilities:
- Efficient and Strategic Patent Examination
- Patent portfolio management and development
- Client management/development
Required qualifications:
- Technical background, preferably with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, and/or physics
- 5+ years of experience in preparing and/or prosecuting patent applications
- Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
