For t-shirts, most manufacturers use t-shirts that are at least 50% polyester for a vintage look. I like the Bella + Canvas & Next Level tri-blend. White and light gray shirts are best. Transfers are not visible on dark shirts. Also, the printer does not print white. Any white shown in the design will be the color of the shirt.
