CES 2023 is well underway, with companies like Samsung and LG announcing many innovative new products. Joining the list of companies on stage at CES is Roku. Popular streaming platform Roku has announced the launch of the new Roku Select and Roku Plus series TVs. The company says the new smart TV was designed and built from the ground up by Roku.
Following in Amazon’s footsteps, Roku is now entering the hardware TV market with its own branded TV. Amazon is launching his in-house Fire TV Omni series in 2021, and now Roku is releasing its own Select and Plus Series TVs. Roku branded TVs come in 11 models ranging from 24 inches to 75 inches.
Roku says the TV will focus on features streamers have come to love. All HD versions of Roku Select and Plus Series TVs come with Roku Voice Remote and all Plus Series TVs come with Roku Voice Remote Pro.

These Roku TVs are designed to seamlessly connect and support other Roku devices such as smart speakers and soundbars. Roku says fan-favorite features like Find My Remote, Private Listening, and access to live TV and sports are also available on all Roku-branded TV models.
In addition to the new Roku branded TVs, the company is also releasing premium OLED TV reference designs for partners in the Roku TV program. This design allows partners to build his OLED TV for the platform with improved color and contrast. It’s unclear at this time when these models will hit the market, but it’s encouraging to see Roku working to expand its collection of quality TVs and devices.
The Roku Select and Plus Series TVs will be available in the US starting Spring 2023 with retail prices ranging from $119 to $999. For more exciting technology debuts like this at CES 2023, follow Pocketnow for all the latest news and coverage.
