OnePlus 10 Pro Flagship Shows Off Premium Design In Its Official Launch Unveil

OnePlus 10 Pro Family

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has given us an official sneak peek of its latest flagship phone. Recently, rumors and leaks about the OnePlus 10 Pro have surfaced, but the company has been officially silent so far. With CES 2022 just around the corner, the excitement is building.

As with the OnePlus 9 series smartphones, OnePlus has partnered with the famous camera brand Hasselblad. For decades, Hasselblad has made some of the best camera gear money can buy to make his three camera lenses look great on the back of the OnePlus 10 Pro.

The Chinese tech company hasn’t officially announced the phone’s specs, but there’s one thing we can confirm. The official release video for the handset prominently features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile processor. Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon is built on his 4nm manufacturing process, significantly improving gaming and AI for Android smartphones.

Unfortunately, that’s all we can say for sure about the internals of the device. We get a bird’s eye view of the OnePlus 10 Pro’s interior, but there are no visible markings on other components.

Except one. Videos and official release photos of the phone show three rear-facing cameras, along with what appear to be sensors of some kind. The sensor has markings P2D 50Tbut OnePlus has not confirmed what the sensor’s capabilities are at the time of this writing.

The rear camera system exists as a protrusion from the chassis, albeit with a different design. There’s an alert slider on the side of the device, just to the left of the camera lens. Underneath is his one button, probably the power/sleep/wake button. On the other side are the volume buttons of the device.

From the product photos included, it looks like OnePlus will be making the 10 Pro available in black and green. Although it appears to be made from burnished metal, the rear case appears to be textured.

For all these core details, we’ll have to wait for an official announcement from OnePlus. You probably don’t have to wait that long. Rumor has it that the flagship smartphone will be launched within the next week or two.
