All of Samsung’s announcements for the latest Galaxy Unpacked event leaked a few weeks ago, but today the company officially unveiled its new product. For smartphones, we have the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3. The smartwatches are Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. It also introduced some new earbuds. Galaxy Buds 2 with Active Noise Cancellation. Luckily, I was able to get a hands-on experience with all four of his new products in New York City this week.

Galaxy Z Fold 3: The flagship foldable smartphone
Samsung’s new flagship smartphone is the Galaxy Z Fold 3, the apparent successor to the Galaxy Z Fold 2. The device’s showcase feature is the large 7.6-inch Infinity Flex foldable display (2208 x 1768), now boosted with eco technology. Nearly 30% brighter than the previous generation while consuming less power. Like its predecessor, the Z Fold 3 has a 6.2-inch cover screen with a resolution of 2269×832 (HD+). It also has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 10MP selfie camera. In addition, there are three 12MP cameras (Wide, Ultra Wide and Telephoto) on the back covered with Gorilla Glass DX.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and 12GB of RAM, with a choice of 256GB or 512GB of internal UFS 3.1 storage. A 4,400 mAh battery powers the device and supports 10 watts of wireless charging or 25 watts of wired fast charging. It can also reverse wireless charge other accessories (and phones) with up to 4.5 watts.
Finally, note that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a capacitive fingerprint reader on the side of the device rather than an option under the display.The device is now IPX8 rated for water resistance as well. .

Galaxy Z Flip 3: Great features and a low price
Coming down the totem pole is the Galaxy Z Flip 3, the successor to the Galaxy Z Flip 5G.
