Samsung accidentally leaked the launch date of the upcoming Galaxy S23 series.
According to Samsung’s Colombian website, the next Galaxy Unpacked event is set for February 1, as pointed out by trusted tipster Ice Universe. (opens in new tab) (The page has since been removed, but a cached version is available here (opens in new tab)).
A teaser image highlights that Samsung’s upcoming best Android smartphones will include a triple rear camera setup. These cameras are stacked vertically. This is very familiar considering we’ve seen it in previous Galaxy S22 models.

The teaser also showcases two large sensors (presumably a primary lens and an ultra-wide lens) accustomed to the optical zoom (telephoto camera). Early rumors suggest that one of the main cameras will feature his 200MP sensor.
Speaking of rumors, one early report hinted at an early February release for the upcoming Galaxy S23 series.
Additionally, other rumors pointed out that Samsung would completely ditch the base 128GB storage variant in favor of 256GB on all models. Likewise, this year’s Ultra models are expected to come with a minimum of 12GB of RAM, and no less in that storage variant.

Recent renders of all the models have appeared on the web, showing the color scheme of the Galaxy S23 models. They show the green, pink, black, and beige color variants of the upcoming device, tentatively named Cotton Flower, Misty. Lilac, botanic green, phantom black.
With the launch date revealed, we know we’re getting closer to launch sooner or later. That’s a few weeks away. Toward that end, we can expect more details on the upcoming flagship model, especially in terms of hardware.In terms of design, we may not see any fundamental differences from the Galaxy S22 series.
