I tried TCL’s NXTPAPER laptop and phone at CES 2023 and it was smooth. It looks and feels like an e-reader and iPad combination in that it has very good brightness, no glare and filters out blue light without losing its functionality as a tablet. The tablet feels very soft.

NXTPAPER isn’t entirely new technology for the TV giant’s lineup. It was originally launched several years ago. The NXTPAPER Pro 12 has a 12.2-inch display, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and naturally runs Android 12. available for purchase $499 or $599 for the 5G version.
