Adobe seems to collect art created in all Adobe Creative Cloud apps and add it to the data set used for machine learning. The program appears to have started almost six months ago and all Adobe CC subscribers were automatically opted in without providing any details to the user. Thankfully, they provided details on how to opt out here.
Some of the training data may be used to improve the Adobe tools you use, such as 2D to 3D conversion capabilities. But it’s possible that Adobe feels a little left out of the latest fad and wants to jump on board. With the popularity of DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and other AI art tools that can create images from text prompts, it’s hard to believe that Adobe hasn’t turned its attention to its own take on AI art.

Adobe doesn’t collect personal information along with your work, but with enough examples, it seems that your style can be easily recognized and replicated.
