Hisense U80H Mini-LED ULED 8K 75-in TV with 120 Hz refresh rate launches in South Africa

The 75-inch Hisense U80H Mini-LED ULED 8K TV has been launched in South Africa. The device is his 33 million pixels with a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits. With a native refresh rate of 120Hz and MEMC, the TV can produce smooth, fast-moving images. The gadget is equipped with 8K AI upscaler technology, which uses an algorithm to review and optimize each shot instead of doubling the pixels. The TV also uses the Hi-View Engine Pro chip and supports Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+.

The U80H TV is compatible with DTS:X and Dolby Atmos technology and can connect speakers via Bluetooth or HDMI eARC. Device gaming features available with Game Mode PRO include ALLM, VRR and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. You can connect your console or other gadgets to your TV via various ports such as HDMI 2.1, HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.0.

Hisense devices use the Android TV OS and can stream content from many popular streaming services or cast content from your smartphone via Chromecast. You can even use Google Assistant voice commands to control your TV and other linked smart home gadgets. The 75-inch Hisense U80H Mini-LED ULED 8K TV will be available soon from Hirsch’s in South Africa. The price of the gadget is currently unknown. In terms of content, the Hisense 75-inch U8G 8K TV was priced at Rs 53,199.99 (around US$3,158) when it launched in late 2021.
