There are also some features that are not fully functional or are missing. For example, the app does not scan for word problems. We need equations to provide support. I also had a problem generating a quiz from my solution. The feature sometimes failed to generate a quiz at all. It also lacks hints and scaffolding for learners to work toward a solution. This seems like the next step for these types of apps. Scan the equations and unfold an educational experience where someone comes up with the answer for themselves.

User’s overall consensus about the app
learner engagement
Motivated learners can quickly find answers as well as videos and exercises to master skills. However, support lacks a compelling scaffolding, making it unlikely that most learners will dig deep.
Curriculum and instruction
The ability to write or scan math problems eliminates the tedious task of finding the right search phrase for each assignment/question. Lack of “help” and hint functions to challenge learners and guide them to learning.
customer support
The app is intuitive and fast. The Khan Academy video provides structural solutions. Accessibility options include a sketch pad calculator, immersive reader, whiteboard, and multiple languages.
