If the plethora of live images leaked online are to be believed, Oppo’s next-generation flagship phone series could differ significantly from its predecessors in one key design element.

Previous rumors suggest that Oppo may be boasting Hasselblad color tweaks for its Find X6 shooters. The company will likely pair this with its own MariSilicon X NPU for image processing, which could put some of its best Android camera phones at your fingertips.
There are no official details on the phone’s camera specs yet, but with the camera module likely to take up a lot of space, Oppo could be prepping a big upgrade for the rear shooter. The Find X6 (and its Pro sibling) were hinted to pack a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor along with a 50MP ultra-wide and a 50MP telephoto camera. If accurate, this marks a significant upgrade from the previous model, which only featured a 13MP telephoto camera.
It’s not yet clear when Oppo will launch the Find X6 series, but MySmartPrice (opens in new tab) speculate that a February or March debut is in the cards.
