An unannounced Apple MacBook Pro model with model number A2779 has been certified by the Canada Radio Equipment List database. The device in question is believed to be the M2 Pro/M2 Max MacBook Pro, and certification reveals it supports Wi-Fi 6E connectivity, making it the first of his MacBooks to support this.

For reference, the latest iPad Pro model launched in October is currently the only Apple device that supports the Wi-Fi 6E standard.according to 9to5MacApple may announce the new 14-inch and 16-inch M2 Pro/M2 Max MacBook Pro models in a press release later today.
There are no other details about the machine in the new certification list, but there is a Geekbench listing from November showing the compute power of the upcoming 12-core M2 Pro chipset running at up to 3.54GHz along with 96GB RAM. Monitor the Apple Newsroom page for announcements.
