Last week, Samsung announced it was releasing a software update that brings 360-degree audio recording to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro and camera zoom functionality to the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch4 series. Well, the rollout has begun as the US Galaxy Watch 5 has received a new software update with firmware version R900XXU1AWA3. This allows smartwatch users to control the zoom level of a connected smartphone’s camera via the wearable’s camera controller.
This can be done by simply pinching the watch face or turning the rotating virtual bezel. However, this feature only works on Galaxy smartphones, so you can’t use it if you own a different brand of phone.

The Galaxy Buds2 Pro update has firmware version R510XXU0AWA5, which brings 360 audio recording to TWS earbuds. As the name suggests, this feature allows you to record 360° audio using the microphone on each earbud. But it only works on Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4.
