The latest rumors of the Galaxy S23 series feature almost all the specs, so it feels like we’ve skipped time.
The new leak comes from WinFuture as it details spec sheets for the Galaxy S23, S23+ and high-end Galaxy S23 Ultra phones. Starting with the S23 Ultra, its fairly official-looking spec sheet has once again shocked the previously rumored size. It looks like the Ultra model could offer consumers a 6.8-inch dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Cameras are something many want to know more about, and the leaked spec sheet may have confirmed that. It has been detailed to have a 200MP main shooter in addition to a 10MP 10x optical zoom telephoto lens. Reports say the front-facing camera could be pulled down from his 40MP unit to a 12MP shooter.
The purported spec sheet for the Ultra model mentions the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which has been known for quite some time. We do. Apparently, the S23 Ultra will come with two RAM sizes, 8GB and 12GB. As for internal storage, the buyer can find his three options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.
Past rumors about the Ultra’s supposed battery size may be true. The spec sheet states that the device may have a 5,000mAh battery. However, consumers seem to be able to see support for 45W fast-charging, which is largely unchanged from previous models.

Sliding down the series, WinFuture also touched on the Galaxy S23 and S23+ models. There are various differences between these two devices, with the Galaxy S23+ apparently offering a 6.6-inch dynamic AMOLED display at his 120Hz refresh rate. On the back of the Plus variant will be his three cameras: a 50MP main shooter, a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 10MP 3x optical zoom telephoto lens.
The S23+’s spec sheet mentions RAM/internal storage options, but this year it seems to be limited to 8GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage.
Consistent with previous battery rumors for the Ultra model, the S23+ is speculated to receive a battery upgrade, and its spec sheet doubles that. Consumers may get a little more life with the S23+ because it offers a battery.
The base Galaxy S23 model is almost identical to its Plus variant with only minor changes to the numbers. This model also offers the same three cameras and RAM as the S23+.
That said, internal storage is also limited here, as consumers clearly have to choose between 128GB and 256GB. Fortunately, the leaked spec sheet lists a 3,900mAh battery. So rumors of a bigger battery for the S23 look a little more believable. However, the charging speed doesn’t seem to be anything to write home about, as it hasn’t changed from the 25W available on previous devices.
Both the Galaxy S23 and S23+ feature the same flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform as the Ultra version.
It feels like we’ve been put off by a few weeks, but Samsung’s Unpacked event will take place on February 1st in San Francisco, CA. We’ll definitely know what the Galaxy S23 series has to offer in 2023 and how much Samsung plans to charge for its latest flagship.
