A pair of Nora Cooling Foam Pillows arrived in a rather tattered shipping box, but thankfully the pillows were individually wrapped in plastic so they were intact. Some companies, such as Casper, include individual boxes within the shipping box, but Nolah didn’t do so, so he didn’t deduct points.
The pillow was shipped full size so I didn’t have to go through the unfolding and expanding process.I just took the pillow out of the plastic and put it on the bed.
