nubia’s Red Magic 8 Pro is the brand’s latest gaming phone and the first device to undergo testing. Jelly Rig Everything Durability testing will take place in 2023. As usual, the test starts with a screen scratch test. Scratches on screens protected by Gorilla Glass 5 are rated at level 6 on the Mohs hardness scale.
The host’s metal blade makes sure the phone frame and power button are made of aluminum. Capacitive shoulder triggers remain active after close encounters with blades. The back and all three camera lenses are protected by glass. Finally, a bend test was able to separate the back glass, but the phone remained in one piece and didn’t snap.
