Despite Google rumors of a set of pro-level earbuds, we had to wait quite some time before the Pixel Buds Pro were actually announced. These reintroduced the touch gesture controls we loved after the release of the Pixel Buds (2020).
Given that these controls have been completely removed from the Pixel Buds A-Series, there was a collective sigh of relief when the Pixel Buds Pro brought back gestures. Did you know you can customize the touch controls on your Buds Pro?
Customize your Pixel Buds Pro touch controls
If you just got your Pixel Buds Pro, the default gesture controls might be fine. Manually calibrating your best wireless earbuds and paired phone might be okay.

The best thing about Google making the Pixel Buds Pro’s outer pads touch-sensitive is that you can customize some of the gestures to perform different actions.

7. Repeat left earphone.

There is a third section at the bottom, Switch between 2-3 modes to switchThis allows you to decide which audio mode to switch to when using. Toggle Active Noise Control gesture. These include ANC, Off, or Transparency, but at least two of these options must be selected.
